Chapter 17: Make a Sea Side Break

 It appears our author has completely abandoned his quest of rhyming every chapter title. Barar reviews Wesley's incredible intelligence credentials, and the push to put him on the council. 

Weslemothy interrupts to tell Barar about a time he was surfing and met a strange old fisherman. The fisherman tells him about the fall to the Hamartians and his efforts in remaining hidden from them. The future king believes him to behave strangely, but it seems like every character acts exceptionally strangely, so who can tell?

Does this short chapter do anything to further the story? I'm SKEPTICal, but let's read on and find out!
